I first picked up a guitar in Feb 1985 and am self-taught since then. I did take 3 lessons with 2 teachers in which I learned nothing. When I began teaching in 1997 I vowed to learn how to make my students better, even against their natural inclination and will if necessary!

My results with students over the years show I've done that successfully across the board and I'm now looking forward to sharing my teaching approach with a wider audience, including you!
