Nice one Glenn! All in decent shape ... G to D change could be tightened up too I reckon (looks like more than one movement up and down to get between them). I think you're changing to the last D half a beat early ... that will tie-in with the word "are" falling (early) on the last upbeat of the bar and pulling the chord to it. A good one for a re-do in the near future but very listenable as is! š
